what does family means to me?

For me family can not be simply defined by words, i believe that everyone had their own version of what family might mean to them. but to me a family must contain these three ingredients, love, understanding, and caring. it may soud easy when you say it, but actually it took a lot of times to manipulate all of them. I often hear people saying that they don't like their family. But those people never think twice that if they didn't have a family, they wouldn't be who they are now. i am lucky to say that i have a loving family, Although we did not live together anymore,(my family move to United State when i was at a young age, so i have to left the other part of my family in china which were my grandparents, my two Aunts and cousins.) it wouldn't make any different as long as we have the family love,the family itself will last forever.
